Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition

• Unused and unopened

• In its original packaging

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at info@artprintstudio.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return

We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and production reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Digital downloads

• Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
